Die with Memories Not Unfulfilled Dreams
I know this one starts off kind of morbid, but it is an inevitable truth. We are all going to die. We don’t know when or how but it’s going to happen- to all of us.
Meanwhile, while we are living, we come and go each day filling our day with “stuff”. Some of you are living your dream. Others have stuffed their dream deep down. Mostly, I find peoples dreams get stuffed down due to fear. Fear of failure. Fear of what others will say. Fear. Fear. Fear. It can be crippling.
I know because this has happened to me.
We all have deep desires and dreams. I’m talking about the stuff that lingers in your mind and heart for sometimes months, years, decades that makes you heart smile. The ideas that not only lingers but tugs at your soul, time and time again.
But what if…
What if you took a bet on yourself? What if you took a chance? What if you succeed? Scary, I know. But the good kind of scary. The anticipation of what the future could bring.
It will not be all smooth sailing. There will be setbacks. There will be disappointments. All failure is really a learning experience you can apply towards getting it right the next time.
